Except for Mrs Hudson. She's imune to psychological experiments. John loves to watch Sherlock trying them on her and her not taking a blind bit of notice, and Sherlock loves trying them on her because her responses or lack thereof are fascinating.

I like the AU challenge of mapping what we have onto something different, so Sherlock as an unconventional detective whose very unconventionalness is part of why he's so good at it became this in therapy terms. I'm glad you think it worked! And pleased that you enjoyed it :D
